Reservations Book early! Tickets will only be on sale on-line until June 2nd. No orders will be accepted after this date. Hotel space and event ticket packages are limited. All orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Confirmation of Olympic Packages You will receive an acknowledgement of the order you have requested at the time of booking. Your order will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, and you will be notified no later than June 1, 2001 of the reservations confirmed for you. Please note that your credit card will not be charge until your order is confirmed. Cancellations This program features a no cancellation policy. Unforeseen cancellations are the responsibility of the participants. Unfilled Orders If your order cannot be confirmed, your credit card will not be charged. JetSet Sports reserves the right to cancel any package, in which case, all monies received by JetSet from program participants shall be refunded. JetSet's liability is limited to refunds of monies received. Prices and Schedules Prices are in U.S. Dollars based on tariffs, costs and rates and are subject to increase without notice. If costs increase, JetSet will notify you and will subsequently require you to make payment. Event Schedule times and dates are subject to change without notice. Insurance JetSet and/or McDonald's Corporation is not responsible or liable for loss, damage, theft of event tickets, luggage and/or personal belongings, for personal injury, accidents and/or illness, or trip interruption. For your protection, it is important that you have, or purchase adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. Responsibility JetSet acts only as an agent for the hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, or owners or contractors, or by persons in their employ, providing accommodations, transportation, or any other services. All contracts and tickets issued by JetSet are issued subject to any and all tariffs, terms, and conditions under which any accommodations, transportation, or any other services are provided. By the acceptance of such contracts and tickets, the participant agrees to the foregoing, and also agrees that neither JetSet nor McDonald's Corporation, nor any of their agents, affiliates or subsidiaries, shall be or become liable or responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or any other services, resulting directly or indirectly from any acts of God, dangers incident to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery or equipment, acts of governments or other authorities, de jure or de facto wars whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes whatsoever beyond the control of McDonald's Corporation or JetSet.
